Shipping Policy

Scope of this Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to Air Pogo® and Air Pogo® component purchases made online through this website only. It also applies to Air Pogo® and Air Pogo® component purchases made via other means such as telephone, purchase order, or U.S. Mail, provided the order was placed directly with us and not through a third party.

United Parcel Service Shipping

All Air Pogo® orders are shipped exclusively via United Parcel Service (UPS) and are shipped from Mississippi. UPS only ships to street addresses, so please use only a street address for shipping. (No P.O. Boxes.) For Hawaii or Alaska orders, please contact customer service.

Prompt Same Day Shipping

On regular business days, online orders received by 12:30 p.m. central time are shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend, on holidays, and on occassional days where our fulfillment department is closed will be shipped on the next regular business day.

Many zip codes have similar streets, so improper or incomplete addresses will cause delays in shipping. Please be sure to properly name your street (i.e. "123 Main" is incomplete because it is missing "Street" or "St".) Orders with incomplete addresses will be held until we can verify your address.

Transit Time

Your Air Pogo® order is expected to take between one to five days to be delivered depending on your location. Please refer to the UPS transit time map to determine the transit time for your area. Transit times are not guaranteed by Air Pogo, Inc. or UPS.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated based on the number of items in your order. For expedited shipping methods (which may be guaranteed by UPS), please contact customer service for a quote

Shipping Damage

Although rare, damage can occur during shipping. Please unpack and examine your Air Pogo® upon receipt. If there is damage from shipping, save the packaging and damaged product for UPS inspection. All damage must be reported within 30 days of UPS delivery.

Will Call

Air Pogo® orders are not available for will call pick-up.

Returns Policy

Scope of this Policy

This Return Policy applies to Air Pogo® and Air Pogo® component purchases made online through this website only. It also applies to Air Pogo® and Air Pogo® component purchases made via other means such as telephone, purchase order, or U.S. Mail, provided the order was placed directly with us and not through a third party.

Return Procedure and fees

You may return your Air Pogo® sold and fulfilled by the Air Pogo® Online Store within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Please contact Air Pogo, Inc. at (800) 880-7646 to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior authorization from Air Pogo, Inc. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

All returns are subject to a $10.00 refurbishing and processing fee plus the cost of any missing or damaged components. The exterior box that the Air Pogo® is shipped in must be replaced, so the $10.00 fee can not be waived. This fee applies to each Air Pogo® if more than one Air Pogo® is returned. This fee also applies to all Air Pogo® component orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging and fully insured in case of shipping damage to your return item(s). Authorized returns must be shipped freight pre-paid to:

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Products received without an RMA number will be refused.

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Order/Item cancellation

You can cancel your order for any item sold through the Air Pogo® Online Store, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our Customer Service department. However, you can return the item for a refund as described above. To cancel an order, please call (800) 880-7646. You must speak to a person to effect a cancellation. If you cancel your item by refusing your shipment or if your shipment is undeliverable for any reason, the above fee(s) will apply plus the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Damage

Please examine your Air Pogo® upon receipt. If there is damage from shipping, save the packaging and damaged product for UPS inspection. All damage must be reported within 30 days of UPS delivery.
